2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon curry powder
2-3 chicken breasts
Whisk together all dry ingredients; onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, and salt.
Mix together the wet ingredients; mustard & honey
Dice chicken breasts, and rub with the dry ingredients, followed by the wet ingredients.
Let marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes to get fuller flavor, feel free to prepare this the night before so you can have it ready for dinner the next day!
When ready to cook, heat a pan to medium-high heat and put in chicken cooking until browned and center is white.
Serve over rice, with vegetable, or even as part of a salad and please, please enjoy!
